Assistant HR Operations Manager for forward thinking not for profit organisation

Your new company
A not for profit organisation supporting clients across the community.

Your new role
Working alongside the HR Operations Manager and other senior stakeholders, you will undertake a broad range of duties to support the organisation through a period of change. You will handle the development and implementation of policies and procedures, assist with position descriptions and implementation of new job titles as well as communicating strategies, coordinate reviews of employment conditions, handle employee performance issues (tracking and managing absenteeism, termination of staff and exit interviews), and provide analysis and reports relating to the workforce. You will be open minded and flexible, and able to support the team where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified HR practitioner with extensive experience in human resources management, having expert knowledge and understanding in industrial awards and the legislation associated with them. You will have previously handled performance management, HR reporting and be an excellent communicator.
