 The Opportunity …

We require a Career Transition Consultant to support a diverse range of clients across our major accounts, and mentor individuals seeking new careers across varied professions. This role is suited to a proven recruitment professional seeking to move away from BD and 360 recruitment, into a career coaching role encompassing outplacement, career consulting, redeployment and delivering workshops; or you will be a passionate career coach / HR / transition expert who enjoys working within a dynamic enterprise.

Core Responsibilities …

  • Delivering career coaching, outplacement and career advisory services
  • Provide customers with tailored career guidance and job seeking strategies
  • Provide interview coaching and conducting mock interviews
  • Conduct career assessments and oversee psychometric testing
  • Relationship development and business account management
  • Build internal relationships with our national network of career practitioners and writers

About You …

  • 5+ years-experience as a successful recruitment or career counselling professional
  • Be passionate about helping candidates
  • Exposure to a wide range of industry sectors to confidently consult with clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of job search processes to advise individuals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold tertiary qualifications
