As a people change analyst, you will support the Head of change leads to minimize the impact of change on employees, and business operations through implementing effective and efficient change management. The position takes on a proactive approach to collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting change data across the organization.

In this role you will:

  • Live the NSW Public Sector and organizational values to achieve outstanding outcomes for the organization and customers
  • Undertake change analysis and contribute to the preparation of requirement specification, business cases, functional specifications, project plans and or/transition models for projects in start up phase and without charge resources for projects in start up phase.
  • Support the Enterprise Change Lead to manage the enterprise view and analysis of change for successful delivery of the portfolio of change at Sydney Trains.
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis; assess changes and impacts to ensure that change strategy and plan is fit for purpose for projects in start up phase and without change resources.
  • Collection and coordination of enterprise change data, documents and reporting.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for improving enterprise change.
  • Work with others in the Portfolio Delivery Office to analyse project data such as the overall effectiveness of the project (including change) can be understood.
  • Build and maintain relationships the broader Sydney Train Change Team to enhance business relationships collaboration.
  • Execute safety responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities consistent with Sydney Trains safety management systems.

To ensure your success in this role you will have;

  • Experience working on a variety of change projects (systems, process, org design, culture)
  • Demonstrate skills in undertaking change analysis for a large project or program of work
  • Experience in undertaking stakeholder analysis, current to future state analysis, change impact assessment, business readiness assessment and other forms of change analysis
  • Demonstrated skills working with and developing data analysis tools
