About Them

Your new organisation is a leading global FMCG company undergoing significant change and transformation. They have a supportive and innovative culture which sees them highly regarded as an employer of choice. 

About the Role

You will be playing a key role within a company wide implentation of SAP Successfactors. In particular, you will be responsible for the Talent & Onboarding module of the system, which will include being involved in the design and build of the new processes within the SuccessFactors system. In addition, you will support with the change readiness activities and training development associated within the recruitment framework. 

About Success

In order to be successful you will need prior experience in a change analyst role, in particular being involved in implementing an SAP system. Recruitment experience would also be highly valued, as well as potential exposure within succession planning and compensation to support other departments. Project management experience would be highly valuable coupled with the strong ability to facilitate.
