About Them
Our client is an Australian company that is a household name.  This large, diverse organisation has undertaken a large scale transformation of the business function and are requiring a Change and Learning Analysts to support the project team with the Implementation of SAP.

About the Role
As the Change analyst you will be required to work with the relevant Project Streams with a focus on mapping the change impacts, developing detailed project communications and change plans and work closely with the general manager to ensure that the change is effectively embedded and ensuring the business is ready, willing and able to support key changes.

This role will have a either strong emphasis on SAP Change Implementation or learning and development. This role will assist in delivering and monitoring change of these projects to maximise business adoption, minimise risks and build change capability within the businesses to achieve business outcomes.  You will identify and escalate cross project dependencies and work with the L&D and project team to manage the training and develop a handover approach.

About Success
  • You will need solid experience in a change management role where you have worked in a team environment on large scale change project.  
  • You will have experience in implementing various programs when required and assist with change and communication plans based on the strategy.    
  • You will be a self starter and capable of multi-tasking together with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Current SAP experience - S4/Hana Implementation or Strong Learning and development experience (development and delivery) within a transformation environment
  • Ability to consult and liaise with key training stakeholders
  • Contribute and develop deliverables as required
  • Strong organisation skills Accurate record keeping skills
  • Demonstrate understanding of program and project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrate understanding/ expertise of how people go through the change cycle Strong Adult learning principles for the Learning Analyst role
