About Them
Our client is an ASX listed, leading, integrated property group across investment management, asset management, property management and project delivery. They are experiencing year on year growth, with a current property portfolio of almost $20 billion.

As part of this growth they have a dedicated team whose purpose is to maximise the outcomes of the change activities across projects and initiatives as well as helping to increase change capability of the organisation.  

About the Role
This would be an initial 6 month contract with view to extend to 12 months. It is an extremely varied role responsible for executing change management activities across a number of key projects.
As one of the change managers within this project team, you will support with applying structured change management approaches and methodology for the processes, people and operational sides of this change.  You will work alongside communications managers and L&D consultants to deliver the projects.  You will also work with a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate communications, training material, information sessions and on-going implementation support.
Responsibilities include:
  • End to end Change Management across a small number of key IT projects
  • Business process change discovery
  • Development of change plan, process and cultural and implementation.
  • Development and roll out of communications plan
  • Training plan implementation (initial training plan will be provided)
  • Measurement of change success
  • Be able to clearly work to a project level timeline and understand the resourcing requirements, as well as allow for heavy loads during launch periods.

About Success
To be successful in this role you:
  • Have the ability to partner, influence and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Will demonstrate to us your recent successes delivering large-scale HR projects. 
  • Prior experience in a corporate environment is essential.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects with different priorities
  • Change/project experience, with the ability to work to plans, milestones, status reports and within a fast paced environment within undergoing significant change
  • Experience working in a change management office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
