INTRODUCTION
The Claude Group is a dynamic and progressive group of companies operating within the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising sector and the Digital, LED & Neon Signage sectors. The changing market of advertising is challenging traditional media forms and OOH advertising is growing at nearly 20% per annum. The Claude Group is experiencing similar growth and is positioned uniquely to capitalise on this positive period of growth.

The Corporate HR and Risk Advisor will work closely with the Managing Director and the Claude Group Executive Management Teams, in leading both staff retention and development and managing risk across the company.

The three companies you will support comprise approximately 50 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Working in a small-medium enterprise (SME), you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in your work day, every day. You will be working in a dynamic work environment, in a growing market with experienced commercial leaders to support you.

THE ROLE
The role will involve a variety of commercial work relating to HR and risk, primarily in the Advertising OOH sector. You will be involved in the end to end HR process including recruitment, induction, documentation, training and development and project work. You will also assist in the management of risk across the organisation. You will be asked to consider and advise on a range of commercial issues including HR and risk strategy.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, but also with each company's General Manager and the National Commercial Manager receiving not just the benefit of their experience, but also their desire to mentor and develop your skills.
