About the Role

This role is critical to the success of the operations of the organisation.  It requires a savvy senior HR professional with a strategic mindset. The right individual will have a highly developed and demonstrated consultative, interpersonal and communications skillset.  An established HR Generalist, they will be a “big picture” thinker, who is comfortable working at the operational level supporting the team on the day-to-day issues of employee relations, recruitment & retention, performance and diversity and inclusion. Desired capabilities include, resilience with experience working through change and are committed to developing a positive and proactive HR function.

  • Confidence and experience to work with workforce stakeholders with an open, positive and engaging approach;
  • A track record of delivering pragmatic, business focused HR solutions
  • The ability to work closely with senior business leaders and drive and influence the people agenda
  • The capability and confidence to build relationships with and influence senior, high performing and demanding business managers
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability
  • A strong level of creativity and innovation, combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism
  • An  inquisitive nature that will enable to thoroughly understand the business and link activities to business imperatives
