The Opportunity
This exciting role will see you design and implement a national employee engagement strategy drawing on employee feedback and best practice principles; bring to life the employee value proposition through the implementation of industry leading employee benefits and cultural activities; and make our company values meaningful for all employees through ongoing education and initiatives. Your creativity, social media savvy and enthusiasm for innovation will see you hit the ground running, forging your way in this newly created role.

In return, we will offer you an autonomy and flexibility to manage your own day, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer who will provide mentorship and fantastic professional development opportunities. Work with an energetic and experienced team of HR professionals who each have a diverse range of expertise. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the below attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate role leading cultural improvement and employee engagement activities
  • Active experience managing a set of company values
  • Strong researching and analytical skills
  • A track record of project managing, including employee surveys and roll-out programs
  • Effective planning, problem solving, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop & sustain strong external partner relationships
