Your new role
Reporting into the ER Manager,  you will be responsible for  being a trusted advisor to provide consistent, timely and credible advice. You will interpret and provide guidance on the  on the enterprise agreement, HR policies and contracts. Daily responsibilities will include advising on performance, conduct and grievance management. As the ER advisor you will conduct and support escalated investigations and mediation to resolve complex employment matters. You will represent the organisation at the Fair Work Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission and Courts. A large part of the role will be to coach and develop people leaders and your HR counterparts. Additionally, you will Facilitate programs to build the capability of line managers in ER matters.  You will work to ensure services are delivered to the highest quality by working within established systems of work and the HR  service delivery model
About you
As a ER Advisor, in the early stage of your career, you will have experience advising on complex ER matters. Essential to this role is that you will have a ttertiary Qualifications in either law, human resources or related discipline. You will be comfortable within an autonomous role in which you will be responsible for case management, investigations and advising line managers on a commercial, practical and humanistic outcomes. If you have been involved in working on a EA from beginning to end.

This role will also suit you if you are an HR Generalist/BP with a keen interest and experience in ER to make the transition into a pure ER Consulting capacity.
