About the Role
This newly created role will be responsible for the design and delivery of HR best practice supporting specific business unit and company needs.

Your span of influence and accountabilities will include workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent and succession management frameworks and tools as well as performance and rewards management processes. In addition, you will  manage the day-to-day employee experience as well as administration and transactional HR service areas and lead of team of 7.  You will be passionate about enabling consolidation of processes and delivering cost efficient automated HR processes across services such as  Talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, diversity, reporting and payroll and employee services.


About You
The successful candidate will have Tertiary Qualifications in HR or related discipline together with a minimum 10 years operational HR experience. Leadership, team building, consulting will be seen as your strengths coupled with your expert generalist Human Resources knowledge. As you will be managing a cross functional team you will succeed in this role if you have  experience and understanding of the hands on management of an operational  function or shared services team.  You will have an appetite for change and continuous improvement and have a strong knowledge of current employment legislation and ‘Employer of Choice’ practices.  You will have the ability to interact at an executive/strategic level and assist this dynamic, down to earth pragmatic Chief of people.
