Employee Relations Partner to work in Sydney CBD based financial organisation for a 12 month contract

Your new company

Your new role
You will provide key advice and strategic support around employee relations matters including performance and behavioural matters. You will work with the Senior Manager to drive and implement a new enterprise agreement and coach managers to build confidence and ability to deal with ER matters. Your role will predominantly focus on employee relations but you will also work on key projects around wellbeing, and WHS. You will draft people & culture policies and support with training and implementation of a new WHS management system.

What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced business partner you will be comfortable providing guidance and advice at senior levels in managing employee relations, and will have a solid understanding of how wellbeing and safety is an integral part of a holistic approach to ER. You will be an influencer and have a modern approach, be open and responsive to changing priorities. You will be tertiary qualified with experience within the financial sector or a legal environment being highly regarded
