About the Role
This is a customer-focused, business-facing L&D role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and the organisation’s success. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating a broad range of training courses to employees, including but not limited to:
  • Inductions for Service, Sales, Retention
  • Upskills/Cross skills in Income Protection, Life, Pet, Funeral and/or General Insurance.
  • Project learning workshops
  • Corporate Inductions
  • Product, process and system training
  • eLearning modules
You will also:
  • Train, coach and assess employees throughout the learning courses
  • Prepare learning courses
  • Consult with and build positive relationships with key stakeholders

About Success
You will possess the below requirements for this role:
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • 2-3 years’ experience in L&D facilitation
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Previous experience in financial services/call centre is desirable
