Head of Talent Acquisition

Your new company
This major Not for Profit is looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acqusition to join the organisation in order to create and implement an industry leading talent strategy. Due to the ongoing changes impacting the Human Services Sector, this position will play an increasingly critical role in ensuring the organisation can continually meet its necessary talent requirements whilst also achieving its growth targets. Under the guidance of a newly appointed and forward thinking CEO, this organisation is repositioning itself to ensure it continues delivering outstanding service and experiences to both its clients and employees.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director you will be responsible for managing both the external and internal talent pipelines in order to deliver on both strategic and operational objectives. You will be tasked with creating an innovative and effective talent strategy as well as managing the performance and development of a team of 7 talent professionals. As the Head of Talent Acqusition you will critically analyse and continuously work to improve the overall recruitment experience. This will include the design and campaign management of a refined EVP right through to on boarding and internal talent management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have significant experience in the design and delivery of a successful talent acquisition strategy and previous experience managing a talent acquisition team. You will have proven success designing and establishing an organisations employer brand as well as leading internal workforce planning. Previous experience working in an internal recruitment function is critical and an understanding of the Human Services sector is highly advantageous.
