An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known progressive global organisation and provide high quality administrative support to their HR team. This organisation is a leader within the professional services industry and has a global presence.

Utilising your initiative and previous administration experience, you will ensure efficient administration of all recruitment, training and key Human Resource projects and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and organising training sessions and assisting in maintaining records and reviews
  • Administration and Coordination of recruitment & selection processes
  • Draft blurbs and advertise opportunities on the intranet
  • Research and provide advice on appropriate L&D options for staff
  • Providing general administrative assistance as required

To excel in this much sought after role, you will need previous experience in HR administration/ support role providing administrative support. A tertiary qualification or progress toward a tertiary qualification would be highly desirable.
