Join this leading engineering consultancy as a HR Administrator/ Resourcer in their Sydney CBD office.

Your new company
This company are a leading engineering consultancy who are experts in advising on large infrastructure projects in the rail space. This international organisation are a well-known brand in their industry and this role will be based in their HR in their Sydney CBD office.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Admin/ Recruitment Admin with your main focuses being:

  • Advertising jobs
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • General recruitment Admin
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Issuing contracts


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a recruitment/ HR admin, preferably 3-5 years experience in a similar role. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This role requires excellent communication skills, local experience and full working rights.
