A great opportunity has become available to work in this established organisation as they are now looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR Team. This newly created role will report to the HR Directorer you will work autonomously to provide effective and timely HR Administration and Coordination; supporting the HR Manager and team across all HR functions.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Responding to HR enquiries in a timely manner
  • Organising training needs
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Managing car fleet - insurances etc
  • Preparing all new starter paperwork (e.g. letters of offer and new starter packs)
  • Assisting with inductions
  • Coordinating performance and probationary reviews.
  • Assisting with other ad hoc HR projects where needed

To ensure your success, you will ideally 2 years experience working in HR Administration and demonstrate outstanding administration skills, integrity and initiative. You will be degree or diploma qualified or working towards. It would be highly favourable to have Chris21 experience or any other HRIS system. Your service-minded attitude, accurate and detailed work and the ability to multi-task will be regarded highly.
