HR Administrator within Public Sector organisation

Your new company
A well known and well established organisation in Perth.

Your new role
An HR Administrator working within a busy team of 4. You will be responsible for writing up position descriptions, posting of job vacancies and the initial candidate pre-screening interviews, as well as developing candidate attraction strategies using social media. You will then handle the employee on-boarding process such as candidate checks, writing of contracts and all correspondence. You will also support the senior HR team with generalist duties such as maintaining records, sending out mail mergers, management of HRIS/HRMS, updating the organisational charts and providing general support with ad-hoc duties and projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and qualified HR Administrator with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You will have experience with the end to end employee life-cycle (such as recruitment and on-boarding) as well as experience within a generalist role. You will be flexible and willing to support the team where required.
