HR Administrator- Sydney CBD, $70,000-90,000+super

Your new company
A well established Australian Financial services company have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting with all generalist HR activities including performance management, performance reviews, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, recruitment, HR reporting, WHS and transactional HR including processing starters, leavers and contracts. You will be working as part of a forward thinking, proactive HR team that add value to the business so you will also have the opportunity to support with HR project work as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a HR Administrator/HR Coordinator ideally from a commercial environment together with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be highly resilient and able to prioritise a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

What you'll get in return
