HR Administrator, $27-$30 p/h + super,Chipping Norton location, immediate start, 2 months potential extension

Your new company
This fast paced organisation are in need for a new HR Administrator. This role will go for 2 months with possible extension. The team are hard working, dedicated, supportive.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include: processing all contracts and offer letters, recruitment coordination; processing leave requests and updating HRIS on employee details, first point of contact for any HR queries, and a bit of recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a similar HR administration role, or in a corporate office environment. Personality and attitude is key and you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work with senior leaders confidently and professionally. You must have excellent attention to detail and enjoy taking ownership of own tasks and workload. You will have a passion for HR and for learning and ultimately be a great team member.
