This is an exciting opening for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join a fresh HR team supporting a business through a period of growth and development. Partnering with business leaders, you will demonstrate your skills and background in creating operational efficiencies and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. You will implement changes that will improve processes and productivity for your client group.

This partnership is strongly focused around creating, implementing and embedding strategies for change within the organisation. You need to possess a strong commercial focus and a broad understanding of a range of generalist HR duties. In this role you will:

  • Talent management and planning
  • Embed projects to maximise the retention and engagement of team members
  • Build enduring relationships with stakeholders in the broader business
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure viable people practices across the group
  • Proactively address issues within your client group and work with leaders to resolve them
  • Support business leaders and their teams through change

If you are a commercially focused HR practitioner with a strong generalist background and a broad breadth and depth of knowledge in the areas of succession planning, talent and workforce planning, we would like to hear from you.

Previous experience working in fast paced, multi-site environments is essential as you will be required to influence and communicate remotely with stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in HR or an associated field are crucial. Your ability to develop and deliver strategies will provide the platform for the successful completion of key pieces of work, leveraging support from existing knowledge held within the team.
