The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a HR Advisor to join this progressive and global organisation in Sydney's Western Suburbs. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer you will play a vital role in the day to day operations of the HR function as well as the roll out of a number of HR projects specifically relating to training and development across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to a Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support through all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Manage agency relationships and lines of communication with internal managers for recruitment needs.
  • Advising on policies and procedures.
  • Creating and rolling out strategic HR initiatives and projects such as annual employee engagement survey and delivering new training initiatives across the business.
  • Grievance handling and identifying training and development opportunities.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders and will strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence others.

To be considered for this role;

  • You will demonstrate solid experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, industrial relations, grievance procedures and the ability to plan and deliver projects
  • Demonstrate a depth of experience to successfully manage learning programs across a diverse client group.
  • You will be degree qualified and possess a certificate IV in Training and Development.
  • You must possess outstanding attention to detail.
  • You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
