An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Northern NSW.

Your new role

This is a true generalist HR Advisor role. You will be responsible for all recruitment for the business, onboarding and induction; training and development; employee relations, performance management and any IR issues. In addition you will manage the compensation& benefits program, career development programs, and update relevant legislation and policies.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has previously worked in a large and complex organisation. You will need to work as part of a team, but you will also need to be self-sufficient, independent, and enjoy making a role your own. You will have good leadership skills and able to manage people and your workflow effectively.
