12 month fixed term HR Advisor role based just north of the CBD.

Your new company
Our client is an exceptional health charity organisation based just outside the CBD, which focuses on reducing the impacts of cancer and infectious diseases through a variety of innovative methods. The organisation has a fantastic reputation state wide and has been running for over 50 years. Due to an exciting growth and transition period, a Human Resources Advisor is required on a fixed term basis of 12 months.

Your new role
Reporting to and supporting the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for acting as a partner to the organisation by providing significant HR expertise and guidance to Line Managers across all aspects of people management. You will be involved in exciting and challenging employee engagement projects and will also take on writing training material for line managers. You will partner with Managers to help align the talent requirements with emerging strategic priorities and train managers on performance appraisals and HR best practice. This is a true generalist position as your key responsibilities will be across the complete end to end employee life-cycle, together with recruitment and L&D.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist, with demonstrated capability in providing services to challenging organisational departments and client groups. You will enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment, with strong time management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience within the health sector is desirable, but not essential.
