Leading construction company who are experiencing rapid growth are seeking an HR Advisor

Your new company
This well established organisation who are experiencing rapid growth and have significant growth plans for the future are seeking an HR Advisor to join this highly successful, multi site construction company.

Your new role
Reporting into the GM of People and Culture you will be responsible for providing generalist advice to management and staff and will have one direct report.

Daily duties will be:

  • End to end recruitment, including advising on recruitment strategies, negotiations and developing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Working with the People and Culture GM to develop L&D processes
  • Advise and support managers in all employee related matters
  • Manage performance reviews
  • Continually improve employee engagement across the group


What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task. You will have demonstrated previous experience in a similar role and have sound knowledge in employee legislation.
