  • $82,000 - $92,000 total annualised salary package - pro rata

Our client is a well known administrative agency committed to governing the legislative obligations and ensuring its policies and practices reflect above standard compliance. They are going through a period of transformation and have created this new contract role to support business growth. This exciting new Human Resources Advisor role will help support a new business division build from the ground up working collaboratively with an existing HR team.


In this role, your first priority will be to work with business leaders to define roles, recruit, and on-board and engage staff in alignment to the overarching business culture and strategy. Ongoing, this role will be responsible for supporting all employees within the new division as the key contact for all generalist HR queries, recruitment, ER, performance and development, resource management and other HR services whist ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and ensuring the values of the organisation are upheld.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role in a collaborative environment which will require strong technical HR capability, relevant experience combined with a positive and engaging personality to ensure you can deliver to a diverse portfolio within a unique platform.

To be successful in this amazing opportunity you must have proven experience within the key selection criteria below:

  • Working knowledge of HR current issues, legislative requirements, policies and Human Resource best practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in a wide range of HR generalist functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, resource planning, and organisational change.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project and program management experience
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills and report writing ability.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio) and company intranet / SharePoint systems.
