This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a market leading, global professional services firm. Reporting to the HR Manager, and working within a collaborative HR team, you will be required to develop strong relationships across all levels of the business in order to develop and support your client group.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Provide core HR advice, solutions and services to partners and employees, including recruitment; orientation; capacity management, workforce planning; employee movements (eg transfers, secondments, flexible working, leave); employee relations and engagement; career development; performance management; remuneration; workplace health and safety.
  • End-to-end management of the Graduate cohorts.
  • Business partnering with partners and managers to develop and implement people solutions that positively impact workgroup and/or business team performance and success.
  • Coaching partners and managers on effective people leadership driving the people strategy.
  • Implement and embed change management initiatives across the firm.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a HR or related degree and have experience in a generalist position, within a partnership environment. You will have a successful track record of HR experience for a business/client group managing a broad range of HR including recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and remuneration.
