Our client, operating the retail industry, is looking for a highly motivated HR Advisor to join their business.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing advice and support to managers on remuneration and benefits, policies and procedures and initial ER queries
- Handling end-to-end recruitment
- Interpreting awards and legislation
- Updating policies and procedures
- Provide timely HR advice, support and consultancy to managers in relation to employee performance management and off-boarding.
- Driving the performance review process
- Handling workers compensation and OHS matters
- Playing a crucial role in other projects as needed
- Other adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will previous experience in a generalist HR role. You will have a good understanding of awards, be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. As well as the ability to thrive within a fast paced and changing business.
