About the Role

This newly created 12 month fixed term role has been developed to help drive HR transformation and strategies. You will enjoy a team-based environment, friendly culture and ample development opportunities. 

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of operational and advisory HR services to all ANZ employees and managers, including:
  • Proving generalist advice to managers and business leaders across the full gamut of HR;
  • Employee relations and award interpretation;
  • Salary reviews and benchmarking;
  • HR reports and data analysis;
  • Delivery of HR projects.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Previous experience in a people advisory role within professional services environment;
  • Robust experience as an HR generalist; 
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented nature;
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of current workplace legislation;
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
