Your new company
This nationally renowned company is committed to delivering innovative products and programs for the customer base. Due to the need to cover extended leave, this company now requires an experienced HR Advisor to join for six months.

Your new role

  • Identifying learning and development needs and recommending relevant solutions
  • Providing superior HR service and advice on people issues in line with organisational policies and practices
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Educate, coach and provide clarification to leaders on appropriate practices and processes including performance reviews and performance management
  • Distribute HR reports as required and other ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
  • Manage site employee relations and individual matters in line with corporate policy and statutory requirements

What you'll need to succeed
A dynamic and self-starting attitude is essential to succeed in this role as well as a friendly and empathetic persona. You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar and have demonstrated HR advisory experience. You will ideally have an understanding of the manufacturing industry as you will be required to be proactive to able to build strong relationships and hit the ground running.
