HR Advisor - Part Time

Due to a restructure in the HR Team, this organisation now require a regionally based HR Advisor on a permanent part-time basis. The role is reporting to the Director, Human Resources and will be part of team of regionally based HR Advisors. Your client group will encompass a diverse portfolio within WA. You will also have the opportunity to work on national projects in collaboration with your team and embed organisation values to help to build a positive culture.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely employee relations advice and support to leadership in your regional client group;
  • Review and development of company policies and processes;
  • Implementation of cyclic HR initiatives;
  • Talent management and improving internal succession pathways;
  • Reporting and advice on metrics;
  • Manage, support and represent OHS in the business and carry out investigations.

You will hold tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and will have over 5 years experience operating within a HR function ideally within the Health or Aged Care sector. You will need to have demonstrable experience providing advice and support to managers in relation to employee relations, investigations and case management. You will be highly visible and provide proactive leadership and coaching to your client group. To be successful in this role you will require a high level of energy and drive and strong influencing capability with the ability to leverage support from senior stakeholders. You will have a commercial and pragmatic approach to achieving organisational goals.
