Your new organisation is a leading and growing Australian consumer products company. A complex business with a diverse workforce they are recognized as having a rich history with leading quality brands in their field. 

About the Role
You will be providing support to the General Manager of HR, and working in a team of 6, you will be executing HR Generalist support across the business, including but not limited to:

  • Providing HR advice across the business
  • Updating policies
  • Drafting contracts
  • Onboarding, inductions, and terminations
  • HR reporting and data analysis
About You
You will possess the following skills:
  • It is essential that you are intermediate with MS Excel skills and it would be ideal if you have  experience working with Mail Merge, as these are the main systems in place
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to communicate with executive stakeholders;
  • A hands-on approach and
  • A proven ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly with minimal training;
  • The ability to work autonomously and without supervision;
  • A flexible, agile personality and the ability to work with ambiguity;
  • a friendly, helpful personality.
