It has a great opportunity to partner with their construction business unit stakeholders and work within the remuneration team to develop and deliver reward solutions in line with market practices and business needs.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager, Remuneration & Benefits, you will be responsible for managing the HR system and HR reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead user and manager of the Oracle HRIS System
  • Generate high quality analytics and metrics with the ability to work with large and complete data sets
  • HR data collation with the ability to analyse and calculate to make meaning insights
  • Suggest improvements to reporting capabilities including HR metrics, reporting trends and knowledge of best practice

About Success

In order to be successful you will need minimum 8-10 years of experience within an analyst or remuneration role. You will need a high level of analytical (Excel) and numerate skills, coupled with a high attention to detail. You will need to demonstrate an ability to identify and articulate trends as well work well in ambiguous situations and offer innovative and pragmatic solutions. This is a fast-paced, large business and your ability to work with pace and scale is important.
