Excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator to step with to HR Advisor role

Your new company
A dynamic, vibrant, international tech company who offers a range of services to their clients have a unique opportunity for a HR & Payroll Officer to join their growing team based in the heart of CBD.

Your new role
The HR & Payroll Advisor will manage fortnightly payroll for around 300 employee together with managing all generalist HR activities including transactional HR, employee relations, performance management and the interpretation of awards. You will partner with senior leaders in order to deliver HR initiatives and be responsibility for coaching managers and developing their leadership capabilities. Working as part of a global HR team you will also get the opportunity to support with project work as and when required. The role involves as well regular reporting on a wide range of HR data.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in managing end to end Payroll together with a strong HRIS experience and Excel. You will have 2-3 years of generalist experience as an HR Coordinator and you want to take the next step up. You will be driven, resilient and have the ability work in a fast paced commercial environment.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of $70,000-80,000+super together with the opportunity to work for a leading international company in an autonomous role working as part of a strong international HR team.
