About Them
This international financial services firm is need for a can-do individual to join their HR team. They are well-established in their market, and offer a down-to-earth and fast paced culture. Located in the CBD, they are situated in beautiful, modern offices with an incredible view. 

About the Role
As the HR Assistant you will provide first-class assistance to the wider HR team across a wide range of HR areas. This role includes, but not limited to:
  • Providing administrative HR support to the wider HR team
  • Preparing HR offer letters and contracts
  • Monitoring and update HR Information systems including weekly and monthly reporting, e.g. organisational charts
  • Assisting and coordinating with recruitment 
  • Assisting with payroll and processing invoices
About You
You will be a proactive self-starter who loves a role with a lot of variety and is comfortable working in a collaborative and professional environment. Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
  • 2 years experience in administration within a corporate environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Experience with payroll
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high performing environment
