Our client is a large multifaceted business that truly invest in their people. An exciting opportunity has arisen in their HR team for a proactive HR Assistant who can provide high level administration support to the HR team.

With a strong focus on delivering an accurate and timely HR service to the business you will;

  • Manage enquiries from employees
  • Update payroll and HR systems
  • Develop contracts and letters of offers
  • Coorindate recruitment processes
  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Assist in HR projects
  • Provide adhoc support to the HR team

To be successful in this role you will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, and relevant tertiary qualifications (or be near completion). Your positive attitude and professionalism will see you add value to this progressive, vibrant team. This role will suit a self starter who is adaptable and can demonstrate impeccible attention to detail. Previous experience dealing with HRIS systems and Payroll systems is highly regarded.
