Location: Sydney CBD Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

We are looking to appoint a professional HR Business Partner to support our people towards our goal.

In this dynamic and hands on role, reporting to the Manager of Corporate Human Resources you will;

  • Partner with a diverse workforce to provide support and guidance on all HR related matters
  • Contribute to and drive various HR initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to project planning and the effective implementation of new Workforce Services initiatives with your client group.

With qualifications in HR you will be a responsive and solutions focused professional, able to provide expert advice and communicate with all stakeholders within the organisation.  

You will have significant experience navigating through large complex organisations, ability to confidently interpret and understand relevant industrial instruments and legislation and demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
