This well-known organisation has a reputation for being a leader in its field. With a global reach, they have built a reputation for innovation and excellence. They are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager to join the Human Resources function.

Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources, this role will manage the full employee lifecycle and will have ownership of recruitment and development activities across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide robust HR advice and exceptional internal customer service.

Your key accountabilities in this role will include:
  • Coach and supporting internal stakeholders on all HR issues including OD and employee development, policy interpretation and performance management
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and best practice
  • Continual improvement of processes including performance reviews, workforce planning and change management processes
  • Champion end to end recruitment and partner with hiring managers to achieve superior recruitment outcomes
  • Preparation of meaningful HR reports and metrics
To succeed in this role you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and proven success in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality HR outcomes. You will have a consultative style together with excellent collaboration, relationship building and influencing skills.
