Senior HR Advisor, Junior HR Business Partner job in Sydney CBD working for a boutique media SME organisation.

Your new company
Innovative SME sized media business with a digital and creative workforce across Sydney, NZ and Asia, is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to join a small and inclusive HR team, providing support and advice on all HR and recruitment matters for senior management and employees across all offices in the group.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with all levels of the business from a developer or creative designer through to the leadership team and MD, and work as a Senior HR Advisor, coaching and supporting all employees across creative and technical within Sydney and other states. You will drive employee engagement, talent management, training and performance management. You will coach and build trusted relationships. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment, onboarding, talent management. You will advise on performance management, any ER issues and HR policies. You will drive L&D and facilitation training as and when required as well as lead on any remuneration & benefit initiatives and reporting. In addition you will have the opportunity to be involved in the design and delivery of a number of new culture focused HR projects including designing new onboarding processes and driving employment engagement programs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a successful HR Generalist who has worked as an Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner with experience of working in a fast paced SME environment. You will ideally have experience of working in a Media, Digital, Tech start up or creative environment and enjoy working in a hands on and coalface style role. You will be experienced in providing detailed HR policy and ER advice on performance management. You will be passionate about employee engagement and talent management. You will enjoy building new relationships with senior leaders and your client group, and be seasoned in dealing with tough stakeholders and sometimes tough situations.

What you'll get in return
The salary on offer for this HR Business Partner opportunity is $80,000 - $90,000 base + super. It will be based in central Sydney, in laid back and modern offices. Full Time Hours.
