Your new role
You will work in true partnership with key business leaders to ensure the best level of service is offered to your portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse data to diagnose opportunities, challenges and suggest solutions
  • Influence others through an adaptive communication style
  • Coach line managers to improve their people management to deliver optimal outcomes for employees and the business, including effective change management practices
  • Provide top level HR service and advice on people management, talent management, industrial relationships, employee relations, HR policies, procedures and frameworks
  • Conduct proactive workforce planning practices
  • Achieve results by understanding priority of stakeholders, and influence outcomes to ensure buy-in

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals and always perform with a customer focused approach. Your demonstrated HR experience working in a large and complex service industry organisation, and supporting a portfolio of clients using a business partnership model will prove your suitability for this position. Experience with business partnering with a blue collar workforce will come highly regarded.
