This is a varied and high-touch, generalist HR role, both operational and strategic, and you will work with a dedicated business partnering team to coach and support a specialist client group. This role will focus on strategic HR partnering and up skilling the capability of line managers and teams.

In this role you will;

  • Partner with your client group of professionals to drive HR initiatives in line with the business strategy, including the areas of employee relations, performance management, culture, talent management, employee engagement and diversity
  • Coach and mentor employees to uplift capability in leadership, performance management and ER
  • Act as the HR lead on a variety of projects including organisational design, change and restructures

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Be tertiary-qualified with a strong track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Have worked as a true business partner, driving improvements to processes and providing strategic guidance and your approach will be collaborative, flexible and proactive.
  • Have strong coaching and consulting skills with demonstrated experience working with a broad range of stakeholders
  • In addition you will be comfortable working in an environment of change and will be pragmatic and enthusiastic.
