Our client is now seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to join the Human Resources function. Supported by a shared services CoE functions you will see yourself providing advisory services to designated business units. The business units will be diverse and include a mix of services, retail, blue collar or corporate staff. 

This is an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to extension or permanency. These are critical roles where you will be part of a dynamic team committed to achieving superior outcomes for the business so our client is happy to wait notice period or reasonable time for you to be available to start.  

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role will manage the full employee lifecycle and will be implementing projects around change management and new strategic HR initiatives. You will be coaching and supporting internal stakeholders on all HR issues including OD and employee development, policy interpretation and performance management. There will be a chance to provide continual improvement of processes including performance reviews, workforce planning and change management processes. 

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated that you can drive and support the HR activity in your business unit, providing decisive, pragmatic and commercially focussed HR consultancy services across all areas of HR. You will ideally have experience from services, contact centre, blue collar or similar industries. You can act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, while coaching leaders to build their individual capability and encouraging individual ownership and accountability. You will have strong workplace relations experience. You would have worked in large complex and diverse organisations.  You have the ability to influence and drive outcomes across all levels of the business. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
