The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager in Victoria and as one of a team of HR Business Partners, you will be considered as a genuine business partner that will offer exceptional consulting, advisory and coaching expertise to a dedicated client group. The 150+ client group is made up of highly specialised SME's and corporate head office employees.

In this role you will;

  • Work with a large, professional and specialist client group to provide support, guidance and mentoring for managers on a range of ER, Recruitment and L&D roles
  • Coach and mentor managers on HR best practice, capability frameworks and recruitment process
  • Support managers to develop and implement workforce policies, procedures and systems to support the business vision, values and business priorities.
  • Provide advice to managers and staff on matters relating to employment conditions, award and policy interpretation and application to workplace issues.

Your experience will include;

  • Experience as an advisor or business partner to work with managers to provide advice and support to a client group on a range of HR issues including employee relations, learning and development and recruitment and workforce planning requirements
  • Previous experience working with capability frameworks and recruitment processes
  • Strong Generalist HR experience in white collar, professional environment with the ability to build relationships quickly and become a trusted advisor during this contract role
  • Relevant Degreequalification
