About the Role
They have a need for a motivated and commercially astute HR Business Partner to join this talented HR team on a 9 month fixed term basis initially. The first 3 – 4 months will see you be involved in some major projects and requires you to use your comms and IR skills whilst they business is going through some major transformation.  After the project work is complete then you will transition into a HRBP role for the remainder of the contract.  In this role you will effectively partner with a diverse range of senior managers to deliver on key business outcomes.

Another key focus of this role will be to coach managers to improve their capability in people leadership whilst providing accurate advice and support on all people and culture matters for your client group of approx. 150. You will also be responsible for embedding the Talent & Learning global practises to drive organisational capability in region and developing a pipeline for international talent. 

The broader organisational culture and gender diversity agendas also sit within this role's remit and offer an opportunity to refine your HR Project Management expertise.

About You
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR Generalist position, ideally with in the FMCG however this is not essential. We are looking for people who are used to working in an incredibly fast paced environment
  • Good comms and IR skills, although this is not an unionised environment
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Previous experience in partnering with senior stakeholders within a commercial environment
  • Proven strengths in performance management, recruitment and leadership development.
  • Be able to demonstrate consultative style with well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.

The remuneration package for this position is circa $140,000 - $150,000 including super and cash car allowance. Sydney CBD location.
