HR Business Partner 12 month fixed term contract role based in Blackburn.

Your new company
Our client is a large reputable Not For Profit organisation who take pride in their service delivery to clients across Australia, based conveniently in the eastern suburbs. They seek an experienced HR Business Partner who has a strong background in ER/IR, projects and recruitment. This role will manage the client base of around 300 staff in their head office and will assist the team through a period of change. This position will support a wide-range of HR initiatives and will allow you to build your expertise by exposing you to a broad scope of people and challenges. This role will also involve working on a number of strategic projects while also managing ER issue brought on due to the change process.

Your new role
Your new role will focus on a broad range of clients across departments that are based in the head office. The most important focus for the role will be to support and carry out high level executive recruitment and to collaborate with other HR specialists from L&D to Rem and Bens. Your role will also encompass some Business Partner responsibilities which will include consulting with senior stakeholders, performance management and a variety of HR challenges at all stages of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of all functions in HR, including ER/IR exposure, case management and relationship management. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required. Candidates from all Not For Profit backgrounds will be held in high regard however other HR professionals are encouraged to apply.
