About the Role
This is a newly created senior HR Business Partner role which reports directly into the Head of People and Culture. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of the generalist remit and will coach and mentor the P & C Business Partners.   This is an exciting time to join as the Head of P&C has recently embarked on a major HR transformation which includes all facets of the HR function  You will play a pivotal role supporting this transformation and be empowered to make a difference from a strategic perspective and operational perspective. You will also be involved in managing change, facilitation of L & D/recruitment programs and the implementation of a HRIS and performance management framework.

You will be responsible for your own client group of about 250 employees who are made up of predominately a white collar corporate workforce which includes Marketing, Finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities include: 
  • Developing and execution of Business Unit people plans
  • Driving organisational and change management activities
  • Creating and maintain relationships with senior leaders that support business outcomes
  • Managing remuneration review, talent management, coaching, case management, engagement and conflict resolution processes
  • Coaching, developing and challenging leaders.
 About  You

You will be a professional, experienced, resilient and pragmatic Senior HR generalist and have previously worked with blue and white collar workforce.  You will thrive working in a fast paced, high performing environment and have a collaborative style. 

You will be degree qualified with a positive attitude and be able to demonstrate previous experience with taking the HR function to the next level.

Salary up to $150K + bonus
