The Company
 
This financial services organisation is seeking a senior HR professional with key strengths in delivering people and organisational change projects to join their HR project team.  
 
The Role
 
As one of the senior change managers within this project team, you will apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of this change.  You will work alongside communications managers and L&D consultants to deliver this high profile project.  You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate communications, training material, information sessions and on-going implementation support.
 
The Requirements  
 
To be successful in this role you have the ability to partner, influence and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. You have a strong generalist skill set or a background in L&D.  You will demonstrate to us your recent successes delivering large-scale HR projects.  Prior experience in a corporate environment is essential.
