HR Change/Project Manager - HRIS - Contract

You will be joining a major services provider in the infrastructure/transport sector in a challenging and changing environment. The Project Manager HRIS is responsible to seamlessly implement the HRIS technology change initiatives to meet the People and Culture and Business objectives.

The incumbent's success measures include achievement of agreed project phases, milestones, budget and metrics that demonstrate increasing employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people aspects of change, including business processes, systems, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

You primary responsibilities will be:

  • Partner with the P&C team and relevant business leads to develop plans, actions and milestones that suit the diverse stakeholder groups across the business units.
  • Act as a key driver of the relevant working groups and individuals supporting the change initiatives, coaching to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor through the transitions.
  • Support teams with actionable deliverables, integrating change management activities, including the incorporation of training and communication into their project plans
  • Identify stakeholders, conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, and create the plan under the direction of the P&C Operations Manager to ensure alignment with the wider P&C Strategy.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the HRIS modules
  • Work with key stakeholders to support the design, development and delivery of communications
  • Input, document and support the design and delivery of supporting training programs.
  • Proactively demonstrates and supports a safety leadership culture and contributes to other P&C Operations team initiatives as required.

To be suitable for this role you must have:

  • Strong organisation change management experience, ideally with experience in business process change and systems, ideally in HR or IT. Demonstrated experience in a lead change management role.
  • Must be hands on and resourceful operator, able to be effective in standalone/challenging environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • Be resilient by nature
  • Be able to build effective working relationships across a range of senior, manager and employees
  • Commercial acumen
