About Them
Your new organisation is a world leading FMCG company.  As a clear leader in its field, this organisation holds itself as a 'best in class' operator and seeks a HR Consultant to join their Sydney business to assist with ER/IR advisory and work alongside a dynamic HR leader.

About the Role
Reporting into an HR Manager you will be one of two HR Consultants supporting a client group of around 500 employees in Sydney.  This is a true HR generalist role which will see you involved in day to day HR responsibilities as well as interesting projects.

About You
Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related discipline, you present as a seasoned generalist with demonstrated experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

A depth of generalist knowledge and experience across all areas (including, but not limited to, employee and industrial relations, performance management, and change management), will be highly regarded, as will your ability to build relationships and engage a broad range of stakeholders.

Interpersonally, you impress as a self-assured, energetic and intuitive individual with a desire to make a genuine contribution to the success of the business.
