HR Coordinator job based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne. Permanent role supporting Aus/NZ business

Your new company
Our client is a global company specialising in the manufacturing and engineering space. Due to a significant growth period, they require an HR Coordinator on a permanent basis. The position is based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne and you will report to a supportive HR Manager.

Your new role
You will support the HR Manager with all HR activities for the Australian and New Zealand staff (350). This is a true generalist role including duties such as answering queries across the end to end employee life-cycle, recruitment, performance management, OH+S, training and development, policy review, organisational development and employee recognition.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 2-3 years' of experience in an HR function. You will have demonstrated expertise across You will have excellent attention detail, be able to work with multiple conflicting priorities and have outstanding communication skills. You will be a great team player. You must be able to providing an outstanding service to your workforce and build trusting relationships at all levels.
